Instructions of abstract submission

Abstract should be around 250 words.

To submit your abstract for an oral presentation and/or poster, once you have registered, go directly to MY AREA/Abstract submission. You will need to complete your abstract form.

You can choose the type of presentation, "oral" or "poster". You can also choose "oral and/or poster" to submit your abstract to be considered first for an oral presentation by the scientific committee. If not selected, the abstract will automatically be considered as a poster. 

For oral presentations, please indicate your session at the beginning of the abstract. 

Please note that abstracts for oral presentations and posters are due by September 15th, 2026. In addition to the invited speakers, between 35 and 40 presentations will be selected from the abstracts submitted.
