Fees and housing

The meeting will take place at the Belambra at Trégastel.

REGISTRATION FEES (full board accomodation)

Students / Post-docs: 550€ with taxes before June 30, 2026| 600€ after
Permanents / Non-academic : 600€ with taxes before June 30, 2026 | 650€ after 

If the meeting cannot take place, the registration fees will be refunded.

For all participants, registration fees include:

- Cocktail, lunches, dinners and coffee-breaks during the meeting (from Monday afternoon to Thursday morning)
- The site takes into account dietary restrictions
- The accomodations for the 3 nights
